📦 Damages and Product Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.

🔁 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note:

• Custom-designed items (personalized apparel, mugs, accessories) are non-returnable unless damaged or misprinted.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing—please check size charts carefully before ordering.
• Digital products, if offered in the future, are non-refundable once downloaded.

Due to the nature of legal guidance and support services, all McKenzie Friend services are non-refundable once service has commenced.

We invest our time, experience, and energy from the moment you engage us. As such, we cannot offer partial or full refunds after your support begins. We appreciate your understanding and trust.

💸 Exchanges & Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
• If your replacement is approved, it will be re-shipped at no additional cost to you.
